Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone.

So today I brought back eggs into my repertoire of food, so far there have been no side effects.  I used one egg and one egg white with spinach and tomato!  It was a welcome addition to my breakfast which I found I missed the most.  This was my first day without a smoothie. I love them but needed a day off. Felt satisfied and looking forward to tomorrow.

So, you may be asking, what is Jodi going to eat on Super Bowl Sunday? Wings, Chips, Dips etc.  Have no fear.  With a coach like Laurie this is not a big deal. First hangin’ at home helps big time. Second with a bit of thought and planning,  I made some good SB food and all healthful.

See the pics below, but they are , mini Turkey Burger Sliders topped with tomato and served with spicy brown mustard.  Skinless Chicken Wings, seasoned to taste and grilled, yes grilled outside.  If you do not, I highly recommend grilling all year long!
